The checkerboard and the logo
Students in Franc Nunoo-Quarcoo's design class blog about their creative process as they develop a new logo and visual identity for the local pasta company, Al Dente.
The checkerboard has been part of Al Dente's brand since the company started in 1981. Brynn Kurlan from Team Four posts some ideas on how to incorporate this element into the new logo:
