Snapshots: The Collage Painting
Snapshots from Jim Cogswell’s class, Organizing Visual Space: An Introduction to Oil Painting. The final project for the course is an abstract painting. Students create a collage from magazines. From the collage several studies are done until the final large painting begins to emerge.
