Human embryo animation based on MRI data. These sequences promote the artifacts inherent in the low resolution MRI source material. Three-dimensional moiré patterns emerge from the stacked voxels as they shift their orientation, slice dimensions, and magnification. Time permits a decoding of the apparent abstractions into recognized biological structures such as embryos.
