Description: Abstracted light, sparks and fireworks explode and dance to the track 'Puffinaway' by Supermarket. A rhythm study and experiment in light, colour, movement and sound. Artist's notes: Abstractions No.3 uses a technique of long exposure photography, courtesy of the Eumig 881 Super8 camera (circa early 1980's) among others. The footage is artificial lighting of various kinds, from fireworks pushed in and out of focus, to city lights whizzing past the window of a moving train.
