From Cy Abdelnour (BFA ‘14)

This is the first production video I have really spent a good chunk of time on. We filmed this as of last year and along the way up until now. The concept is strongly considered and developing the idea took almost as much time as making the scenes.

Evan, Kyle, and I would sit in the Alley Bar various nights to have a beer and talk about scenes. It’s a video not just about the song, but about the time surrounding the video and the relationship they had with each other and everybody around them. We went through rough patches in our own personal lives and what I really took away from it was 25% meant more than that number.

To me it’s a metaphor of how I was treating my life until now. I was giving 25% of my time to everyone, even the people I loved. Well now that I’ve graduated and I’m ready to start my life, I’m going to go 100%.”
